At UTE GEAR ONLINE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your items are not the perfect fit, you can return them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the apparel in its original packaging with all tags attached to ensure the items are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
